The vineyard is 300 meters above sea level, facing southeast, with calcareous soil. Seventy percent of the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, and the remaining 30% is fermented and aged in new American oak barrels before blending. Clean citrus fruit aromas are wonderfully balanced with vanilla and smoky aromas from the oak. The wine is faintly creamy with a long finish.
